More On My Threenager
Three going on Thirteen, I swear.
My son would not wear a jacket this morning and it was cold. So, I was trying to explain to him the concept of winter and how we wear a jacket in the winter. I told him, "We're in winter now. We have to wear a jacket because it's cold outside."
The little bugger gave me a face and replied with attitude, "We're not in winter. We're in the house."

I usually turn into a raging maniac when I'm driving from all the idiots around me. I didn't realize how much I curse when I drive until a truck cut me off today and I started waving my arm at him. Before I said anything, my son asked me, "Howa 7ayawan ya Mommy?"
I really have to start watching my mouth.

The first word my friend's daughter learned to say was "asshole".
I never heard my parents swearing when I was a kid until one day we had guests and I was on my way to my room and overheard one of them say "shit". I turned to them and said," what does shit mean?"
My friend's son, every now and again says "ya di el Nila".
She gets very upset, i wonder why?
my parents still have never sworn once in any way whatsoever in front of me! any sort of vulgarity is anathema at my house. i don't know how i became so profane.
Haha. My bf's kids currently use:
"dumb fuck"
"fuck that"
"oh man. fuck shit."
That's what we've caught so far. We don't do any cursing in front of them so it must be coming from the other end. It's a sad thing to see but it always cracks me up so I pretend to get up to drink water instead of looking at them and laughing.
well am like 17 and my mum still shouts whn i say things like "eh el2arraf dh" w "bala neila" tho am 17 u knw!whn i ws a kid honestly my parents never swore infront of me!
